Matzo Brei

Matzo brei is a Passover breakfast favorite! It’z matzo fried with eggs and can be made sweet or savory.

Personally, I like my matzo brei sweet and made with cinnamon and sugar, but that’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

Growing up, my brothers and I couldn’t get enough matzo brei during Pesach. We probably ate it just about every day for the whole week.

Now that we’re all grown up… it’s still our favorite Pesach food.

Though my passover pancakes have taken over as our most common Passover breakfast food.
